Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant National Diploma in Law, Property Management, Built Environment, Public Administration or equivalent (NQF 6)
- Valid Driver's licence
- Computer literacy
- Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience

- Any specialized field related to Property Management course
- Certificate in Estate Agency
- Attend to all property functions related to disposals, leases, expropriations, registration/cancellation of rights, encroachment of services and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
- Attend development tribunals and other meetings of the Council's committees as well as Ward Committees
- Assist the Manager with consultations with external organisations, consultants, members of the public, provincial and government departments, Councillors and other municipal departments; the granting of consents to transfer erven with railway sidings; eviction of illegal occupants; drafting, perusal and signature of agreements and documents as approved by the Council for execution of property functions; risk management; management and control of the Opex and Capex budget and assist with purchasing of goods and services as well as management of moveable and immovable assets of the Council
- Draft and peruse confidential reports to obtain Council Resolutions and execution of such resolutions
- Provide information to assist with compliance with legal obligations and procedures in terms of legislation
- Obtain valuations for property transactions; conduct site inspections and act as Team Lead in his/her absence
