Onam is the biggest festival of the year in Kerala. This ten day harvest festival marks the homecoming of the mythical King Mahabali It’s a festival rich in culture and heritage. The festival is also celebrated with new clothes, feasts served on banana leaves, dancing, sports, games, and snake boat races.

The Industry Participation
Advocate (IPA) was established to maximise the economic benefit from
Government expenditure. To enhance the work of the IPA, two new
category managers are required to monitor and provide additional
knowledge of local industry sectors and prevailing business conditions
and provide guidance so that government agencies are aware of new,
innovative, value for money solutions proposed by SA businesses. The
Category Managers will provide support to subcontractors and suppliers
to ensure they get an adequate hearing from principal contractors and to
ensure they have the expertise to address tender requirements. These
roles will ensure the Industry Participation Plan benefits are being
realised and ways are identified to capture further economic value and
benefits throughout the life of the contract. The successful applicants

There are two roles available
